They are all served as part of a new Asian-Latino menu in East Las Vegas, part of a collaboration — often described as a virtual restaurant or ghost kitchen — where Comidazo Kitchen (@comidazokitchen) operates out of La Puerta Negra, a neighborhood bar. While not a chef by trade, Armando Tam, creator of Comidazo Kitchen, said his Chinese-Nicaraguan background and love for food pushed his passion for cooking.
