In Las Vegas, a former Nevada prison inmate is suing the Nevada Department of Corrections, alleging officers used excessive force and failed to get him immediate medical treatment. Surveillance video obtained by 8 News Now Investigators appears to skip multiple times during the incident, while NDOC says an independent investigation found no unlawful use of force.
