Nevadans are in for a musical summer with free concerts and concert series at various venues throughout the state.

No matter what kind of music you listen to, from jazz and classical to rock and heavy metal, you’ll find a free concert for you and your family this summer in the Silver State.

Reno

Reno Public Market

299 E. Plumb Ln., Reno

This community food hall is a Reno hotspot with free music and events almost daily. See bands and DJs perform at Live at Faye’s, the food hall’s central stage. Upcoming concerts include Arizona Jones from 7 to 10 p.m., June 12; The Grumpy Old Men Dance Band from 2 to 4 p.m. on June 17; and Life in the Fast Lane: Eagles Tribute Band from 7 to 10 p.m. Aug. 1.

Harmony on the River

West Street Plaza, 220 W. 1st St., Reno

Every Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m., through Aug. 25, enjoy the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra performing free during Harmony on the River at the West Street Plaza in Downtown Reno. Enjoy food trucks, fun, and musical performances by small ensembles of the local philharmonic.

Village at Ranchera 2026 Summer Concert Series

Village at Rancharrah, 7100 Rancharrah Pkwy., Reno

Check out the Village at Rancharrah 2026 Summer Concert Series, presented by Dolan Auto Group, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday through September. Enjoy a rotating lineup of musicians, bites and beverages, and 20 boutiques. Artists include Kyle Rea, The Jim Doyle Band featuring John Ramey, Beatles Flashback, EHA, Mighty Mike Schermer, Tim Snider, Rhythmia, Full Blast, Andersen Ackerman Band, The Copper Children, and Jelly Bread.

Lazy 5 Summer Music Series

Lazy 5 Regional Park, 7100 Pyramid Way, Sparks

Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m., through August 12, local families and friends will gather for concerts by bands including Greg Austin, Southern Justice, White Water, New Wave Crave, Deep Ellum, David Perez, and more, during the Lazy 5 Summer Music Series. There will be food trucks, ice cream, and drinks. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Carson City

Polecat Summer Concert Series

Polecat Tavern, 260 W. Winnie Ln., Carson City

A rotating lineup of bands will perform live on Saturdays at 7 p.m. through August in the parking lot of the Polecat Tavern during the Polecat Summer Concert Series. The bar itself opens daily at 2 p.m. The mic and stage are open anytime they’re not occupied. Artists include:

Lexington, Kentucky’s country band Low Gap will rock the Red Dog Saloon in Virginia City from 7 to 10 p.m. Aug. 22. The concert is free, but capacity is limited, so guests are encouraged to reserve a spot.

Fremont Street Experience, Downtown Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas Summer Concert Series

The Village at Lake Las Vegas

Saturdays bring the Summer Concert Series to The Village at Lake Las Vegas, with musicians of various genres, from smooth jazz to country, performing from 7 to 10 p.m. on The Water Stage. Bands include Lisa Smith, Chase Brown, High Octane, and Retro Parti. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets, and dogs are welcome.

Casapoolooza

CasaBlanca Resort & Casino, Mesquite

The poolside concert series, Casapoolooza, returns to CasaBlanca Resort & Casino on select Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. through October. The series includes live performances from popular tribute acts and local favorites, drink specials, private cabanas, and DJ sets. Bands include Groovonix, 7 Summers: Morgan Wallen Tribute, Boy Band Review: The ‘90s Show, and Last Night. Concerts are free with a Mesquite Journey Rewards membership.
