Teresa Gutiérrez continúa el legado de su familia en Tortillería Los Arcos
Teresa Gutiérrez se incorporó a Tortillas Los Arcos (ahora TI Foods), junto con sus padres José Luis y Felicitas, su hermano Gustavo “Gus” y su tío Rosendo (Jr.), todos trabajando hombro con hombro para hacer 100 libras de tortillas en un pequeño local de 400 pies cuadrados.
Aunque al principio lucharon bastante por mantener la operación a flote, los inmigrantes de Guadalajara, México, nunca se dieron por vencidos, incluso vendiendo tortillas de puerta en puerta.
