The do’s and don’ts of voting by mail in Nevada’s 2026 midterm elections

Since 2020, when the country was dealing with the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, most Nevada voters have used mail ballots to cast their votes. It was so effective in ensuring everyone had the opportunity to vote that, in 2021, lawmakers passed legislation requiring all active registered voters automatically receive a mail ballot for every election unless they opt out.

🟣 DHS confirms just 185 noncitizens on Nevada voter rolls after claiming there were thousands more. The Guardian

“About a month after alleging Nevada had as many as 16,000 non-citizens on its voter rolls, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials admitted they had confirmed that only 185 were actually non-citizens, according to records obtained by the Guardian.”
