If you haven’t put your completed ballot in the mail yet, don’t panic. There’s still plenty of time. In Nevada, as long as your ballot is postmarked by November 5, you’re good to go.

If you’ve already dropped your early ballot off in a mailbox or designated dropbox, congratulations! Your vote is on its way to be counted on Election Day.

For those of you who want to keep an eye on your ballot as it makes its way through the system, you can do so in a few easy steps. First, head to https://nevada.ballottrax.net/voter/. Once you’re on the site, all you need to do is type in your first and last name, date of birth, and zip code, then click “submit.”

From there, you’ll be able to follow the prompts provided to check the status of your mail ballot. The site also gives you the option of signing up to receive messages about your status as it’s continuously updated throughout the process.

Additional information, including what to do if you made a mistake on your ballot or when your vote will be counted, can be found here
