Is LVL UP Expo a hidden gem for card hunters?
Join me as I explore one of Vegas’ biggest conventions—art, anime, gaming, and a little card hunting gamble.
Obviously, LVL UP was a long time ago, but it’s coming up again for April 2026. It’s always recommended to keep an eye out for the next slate of guests and available information for the event, given how popular it is with fans and collectors. Make sure to follow the Nevadan for more collector series episodes. Are you going to LVL Up in 2026? Let us know below, and I’ll see you in the next one, piece.
A US Army Veteran wants North Las Vegas city officials to take a stance on White House policies.
Jen built more than a shop: she built a space where creativity and community thrive side by side. In the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District, @akincooperative has become a creative home for local makers, artists, and small business owners.
What began as one woman’s vision to make local goods more accessible has grown into a collective that fuels collaboration and connection year-round. Through challenges, growth, and plenty of grit, Jen has proven that small business success isn’t just about profit: it’s about purpose. That’s how community gets built in Nevada.

Looking for steady contracting work in Las Vegas? These are the four best home builders to work with in 2025. Whether you’re in framing, electrical, drywall, or any construction trade. Lennar, KB Home, and D.R. Horton continue to lead in homebuilding volume, while Blue Heron dominates the luxury market.
Each company offers consistent projects, reliable pay, and opportunities to grow with the valley’s still-booming housing market. Las Vegas home prices remain near record highs and the region still faces a housing shortage, keeping demand high for trades.

Hey everyone! Welcome to the first part of the Bandai Fest 2025 series — I’m Jose Ruiz, and this is Countdown to Dallas!
Bandai Fest 2025. What is it, you may ask? It’s one of the biggest events of the year for card game lovers — every Bandai card game regional, including One Piece, Dragonball, Union Arena, Digimon, and the one we’ll be focusing on, the new Gundam Card Game, will be taking place. And we're headed to Dallas, Texas, to experience it all. This event was nothing like what I was expecting. Basically, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong in a weekend that has to be one of the most intense I’ve experienced at a convention ever.
