Not sure what to do this weekend? You’re in luck! Here are some options for Las Vegas and Reno—a couple of them run all month long!

Immerse yourself in art at Artown: Artown is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year! Artown’s primary goal is to encourage local artists and creative participation to highlight the finest multidisciplinary arts in northern Nevada. Located in Reno, Artown has many different pieces of art created by local artists, and is hosting many different activities based on music, art, dance, theater, history, and more. Activities are included for both adults and kids. Events run until July 31.

Learn about the Monumental Mammoth: At the Ice Age Fossil State Park in Las Vegas, you can meet a park ranger and learn about the Monumental Mammoth. Don’t forget to check out the life-size Columbian Mammoth sculpture, representing the animals that used to once roam around the area many years ago. The adventure begins at 9:30 a.m. on July 12.

The 2025 Classical Tahoe Music FestivalClassical Tahoe has the mission to present world-class performances and nurture community partnerships through music. The Classical Tahoe Orchestra is composed of members from the Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony and other major orchestras around the world. Concerts will be presented at UNR’s Lake Tahoe campus in Incline Village, Nevada. Festivities begin July 12 and last until August 10. Find tickets online here.

Fresa Fest Las VegasFergusons Downtown in Las Vegas is hosting Fresa Fest! This fun one-day festival includes live performances from local bands, local vendors, artists, and big sales on skateboards and accessories. Fresa Fest is happening from 6-10 p.m. on July 11.
