@nevadannews What do fried rice, burgers, and ceviche have in common? They are all served as part of a new Asian-Latino menu in East Las Vegas, part of a collaboration — often described as a virtual restaurant or ghost kitchen — where Comidazo Kitchen (@comidazokitchen) operates out of La Puerta Negra, a neighborhood bar. While not a chef by trade, Armando Tam, creator of Comidazo Kitchen, said his Chinese-Nicaraguan background and love for food pushed his passion for cooking. Many of his plates are inspired by his life experiences and combine flavors found in several cultures. Read more about it at the link in our bio.
