@nevadannews La Administración Biden anunció el viernes una nueva regla que amplía la cobertura de atención médica inmigrantes protegidos por el programa de Acción Diferida para los Llegados en la Infancia (DACA) al actualizar los requisitos de elegibilidad para la Ley de Cuidado de Salud a Bajo Precio (Affordable Care Act). A partir de noviembre, los beneficiarios de DACA elegibles en Nevada podrán inscribirse en el mercado estatal, Nevada Health Link. Anteriormente, a los beneficiarios de DACA no se les permitía inscribirse en los planes de costo reducido, también conocidos como Obamacare, pero podían recibir un seguro médico de un empleador, o comprar un seguro privado.
